APOSTLE JOSEPH HAMILTON an Apostolic Renaissance Man with a Global Vision for Kingdom Advancement in the 21st Century.
As a quintessential classical Pentecostal Statesman, Apostle Hamilton brings decades of experience in Ecclesiastical Leadership and Corporate Business.
Leaving a successful career as Operations Manager of Systems of a Multi-national Corporation, Apostle Hamilton answered the call of God into full-time ministry. In 1996, he became the Senior Pastor of Zion Church in Birmingham, Alabama, where he has continued to serve for more than 25 years. With a passion for helping the people of his community, he founded J. Hamilton Ministries International, an evangelistic, community service organization with a cross-cultural, multi-ethnic vision through which many souls have been saved, restored, and healed¬¬¬— locally and abroad.
Apostle Hamilton has established a long, rich legacy of excellence in ministry.
For many years, he faithfully served under the Honorable Chief Apostle Huie Lee Rogers, Presiding Prelate of The Bible Way Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ World-Wide. During his organizational tenure in Bible Way Church Worldwide, he held several leadership roles.
In 1998, Apostle Hamilton was appointed District Elder & General Secretary for the Alabama/Georgia State Council; a year later, he was consecrated to the Episcopal office of Bishop. As a part of his Episcopal duties, he was a member of the Executive Board of Bishops, served as the National Chairman of Credentials, and organized the first Convention Services Auxiliary.
On July 7, 2007, “Bishop” Joseph Hamilton was affirmed as an Apostle in the Lord’s Church before the entire delegation of the 50th Holy Convocation of the Bible Way Church Worldwide, by Chief Apostle Huie Rogers held in Washington D.C.
As a Father in the Faith, God has granted Apostle Hamilton a broad measure of rule with jurisdictional authority spans throughout the Continental United States of America to Uganda, East Africa. He is the founder and Presiding Apostle of the Apostolic International Alliance (AIA), an ecumenical fellowship designed to provide spiritual oversight, and support to Pastors and Leaders Globally.
Notwithstanding his profound and prolific mandate for ministry, Apostle Joseph Hamilton, is a family man; who loves and leads his family with a compassionate heart.
Apostle Hamilton ascribes his success to the love and support of his beautiful wife, Lady Jameise Hamilton, and their four gifted children. Together they are a family of Levitical Priests—each one uniquely talented in ways that compliments the other. Apostle Hamilton asserts that through the grace of God and the love of his family, he can conquer anything.
